Add a bank account to a customer

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/customer/{CustomerId}/bankaccounts

**CreateBankAccount** Parameters:

CustomerId	path	string	Yes	The id of the customer to create a bank account for.
IBAN	body	string	Yes	International Bank Account Number
BIC	body	string	Yes	Bank Identifier Code
SepaMandateReference	body	string	No	Sepa Mandate Reference
SepaMandateDate	body	DateTime?	No	Sepa Mandate Date

**BankAccountReference** Parameters:

BankAccountId	form	int	Yes	The id of the created bank account.

To override the Content-type in your clients, use the HTTP Accept Header, append the .csv suffix or ?format=csv
